About Me

I am an early-career Project Coordinator with a background in Computer Science and hands-on experience supporting software project execution and documentation management.

During my role as a Junior IT Project Manager, I supported the coordination of an online tuition platform project across an 11–13 member cross-functional team consisting of developers, UI/UX designers, content teams, and management stakeholders.

My responsibilities included maintaining project trackers, documenting meeting minutes, tracking action items, preparing weekly progress reports, and supporting stakeholder communication to ensure project deliverables remained aligned with timelines.

I am particularly interested in Project Coordination, Project Operations, and Project Management Office (PMO) roles where structured documentation, tracking systems, and clear communication help drive successful project delivery.

Currently, I am expanding my skills in project analytics and reporting by building Excel-based project dashboards and portfolio projects.

Project Description:

Supported the coordination and development of an online tuition platform while working as a Junior IT Project Manager at KGS. The project involved a cross-functional team of developers, UI/UX designers, content teams, and management stakeholders working together to deliver multiple platform modules.

Responsibilities:

Coordinated execution of an online tuition platform across an 11–13 member cross-functional team (developers, UI/UX designers, content teams, and management), supporting delivery across 3–6 functional modules and ensuring alignment with project timelines.
Supported the Project Manager in coordinating project schedules, maintaining version-controlled documentation, and tracking issues to ensure accurate records, structured documentation management, and smooth project execution.
Managed project trackers and issue logs using Jira and Notion, monitoring task progress, identifying blockers, and ensuring timely updates to maintain clear project visibility for stakeholders.
Maintained workflow records and prepared weekly progress reports summarizing development updates, outstanding issues, and team progress to provide clear visibility into project status.
Documented meeting minutes, maintained action logs, and proactively followed up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of assigned deliverables and alignment on project tasks.
Documented software requirements, user flows, and functional specifications, refining developer inputs into structured user stories to support clear scope definition and development alignment.
Supported cross-team coordination between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure requirements clarity, development alignment, and timely task completion.
